This article analyzes the lack of inclusivity in educational, work, and social systems (with a focus on Italy and other countries) towards neurodivergences (ADHD, autism, dyslexia, etc.). It highlights how these systems, based on an ideal of "neurotypicality" and standardized performance, lead to the stigmatization and difficulties of neurodivergent individuals. The article argues that the non-conformity and unique perspectives of neurodivergent minds are not a problem, but a fundamental resource. It emphasizes their capacity for lateral thinking, innovation, and authenticity as crucial elements for rethinking and overcoming the limits of an unsustainable capitalist system, promoting a more inclusive and flexible future that values every form of human diversity.

Questo articolo analizza la scarsa inclusività dei sistemi scolastico, lavorativo e sociale (con un focus su Italia e altri paesi) nei confronti delle neurodivergenze (ADHD, autismo, dislessia, ecc.). Sottolinea come questi sistemi, basati su un ideale di "neurotipicità" e performance omologata, portino alla stigmatizzazione e alla difficoltà di individui neurodivergenti. L'articolo argomenta che la non conformità e le prospettive uniche delle menti neurodivergenti non sono un problema, ma una risorsa fondamentale. Vengono evidenziate la loro capacità di pensiero laterale, innovazione e autenticità come elementi cruciali per ripensare e superare i limiti di un sistema capitalistico insostenibile, promuovendo un futuro più inclusivo e flessibile che valorizzi ogni forma di diversità umana.
